The broken relationship between Neowiz and BLUELAB

‘BlueMoon’ is an online hack and slash action game that is being developed by unity 3D engines of the Korean developer, BLUELAB. This new gaming platform is playable on both PC and smartphone systems with synchronized game progression and had completed two trials of CBT (Closed Beta Test) in January and June of this year and had its Open Beta Test coming up.

According to Game Chosun, “BlueMoon”, an anticipated product of Neowiz is facing a potential withdrawal from the market. “Neowiz’s shift in focus to smartphones led to the differences of opinions between the parties amidst negotiations, and the return of preliminary copyright was made upon cancellation,” said an insider of Blue Moon. He further revealed that BLUELAB is currently preparing an official announcement with regards to the above matter and are also in search of a new Korean publisher.
